Q: What is the handling charge?
A: This aspect of the total shipping cost contributes towards administration, storage and packaging costs.  However actual samples are free.
Q: What is the shipping charge?
A: This is the charge payable to the courier
Q: Can you tell me how much is the total costs for sending samples would be, before I order?
A: Since shipping costs are at 'cost' we have to wait for the invoice from the couriers before we can bill you.  However a general guide is in the webpage delivery costs. 
Q: Do I require a permit?
A: These are dangerous goods and you are required to ensure with the relevant agency in your country if a permit is required and the relevant paper work that has to be sent with the parcel is sent with the requisition form.  Helpful links have been provided in the section 'ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK' at the end of the Delivery Costs webpage. 
Q: How long will it take for me to recieve samples,after sending the relevant forms?
A: Typically between 5-10 working days, to ensure forms are correctly completed and to arrange dry ice shipment.  You will get email confirmation of reciept of your fax and a further email when samples are ready to be dispatched.
Q: What is a brokerage/ Brokerage firm?
A: A Broker is a company that will recieve the parcel on your behalf at your local airport. They take full possession of the package and help in its passage through local customs and ultimately will deliver the package to you.
Q: Can you supply a permit?
A: Unfortunately we cannot. This is a declaration that should be submitted by you to your government agency which is responsible for the importation of dangerous goods.
Q: I cannot open/ download the requisition form.
