Reference materials are free of charge, however a handling fee was implemented to contribute towards the increasing costs of reagent storage, processing, administration duties and packaging. The handling charges are being maintained at the current level and funds previously generated are being used to improve the service provided by the CJD Resource Centre. Handling charges are as follows: 

£25.00 per homogenate tube.
£7.00 per peptide vial.
£120.00 per peptide panel (19 vials total; 1 of each).
£75.00 per 14-3-3 protein vial.
£550.00-590.00 per spiked plasma panel (22-24 tubes per panel).**
