1. (YOU) Customs Requirement: Letter from Swiss federal office of public health
2. (YOU): Completion of brain homogenate request form with signature
3. (YOU): Fax NCRC form with customs letters/ permits etc and mail original.
4. (WE): We email receipt of Fax and expected date of dispatch
5. (WE): We email on the day of sample dispatch
6. NCRC Handling Costs: 4 tubes of brain @ £25 = £100
7. (YOU): Email to confirm receipt of samples
8. NCRC Shipping Costs (from our couriers): £250  
9. Total Costs: £100+ £250= £350 (Pounds Sterling)
10. (WE): Approx 2-3 weeks invoice raised payable in UK pounds Sterling
    

Example 2

Package: Shipping 8 spleen samples to UK.

1. (YOU) Customs Requirement: No letter for importation required
2. (YOU): Completion of spleen homogenate request form with signature
3. (YOU): Fax NCRC form and mail original.
4. (WE): We email receipt of Fax and expected date of dispatch
5. (WE): We email on the day of sample dispatch
6. NCRC Handling Costs: 8 tubes of spleen @ £25 = £200
7. (YOU): Email to confirm receipt of samples
8. NCRC Shipping Costs (from our couriers): £40  
9. Total Costs: £200+ £40= £240 (Pounds Sterling)
10. (WE): Approx 2-3 weeks invoice raised payable in UK pounds Sterling

Package: Shipping 5 peptide samples to UK.

1. (YOU) Customs Requirement: No letter for importation required
2. (YOU): Completion of Peptide request form with signature
3. (YOU): Fax NCRC form and mail original.
4. (WE): We email receipt of Fax and expected date of dispatch
5. (WE): We email on the day of sample dispatch
6. NCRC Handling Costs: 5 tubes of peptide @ £7 = £35
7. (YOU): Email to confirm receipt of samples
8. NCRC Shipping Costs: charges covered by sample handling cost (non refrigerated samples)  
9. Total Costs: £35+ £0= £35 (Pounds Sterling)
10. (WE): Approx 2-3 weeks invoice raised payable in UK pounds Sterling
