Aim:
Evaluation of sensitivity for the detection of PrPsc in a plasma
panel.
22 blinded spiked human plasma samples have been prepared for
evaluation. This panel has been developed as part of the program
for the evaluation of a blood TSE detection system. The ultimate
aim is detection of TSE agents in this panel, evaluation of TSE
animal bloods and then finally access to infected human
blood.
