Frozen Cryopoor Human plasma (500ml bottles)

Procedure:

1. Defrost plasma at 37^oC.
2. Prepare 1/10 dilution of Ctrl, vCJD brain in Ctrl plasma
3. Prepare dilution series of each samples (Ctrl brain, vCJD brain, Ctrl spleen, vCJD Spleen)
4. Aliquot, 1ml per screw top tube. Freeze in dry ice/ ethanol 96 bath. Store at -80^oC.
5. Transfer onto dry ice for transport to storage facility at NIBSC (-80 ^oC).
6. Assemble Panel.
