Scientists wishing to obtain reagents form CFAR must complete the current version of the CFAR Reagent Reagent Release Agreement (RRA):
Note: Some reagents require a special RRA see below before order can be approved.
Reagent Specific RRA's
Completed forms can be submitted by FAX, scanned and sent by email but the original signed copies must also be sent via post.
Incomplete relevant sections of the above forms may result in the delay of reagents being dispatched.
Completed forms must contain:
(Principle Investigator or Head of Department)
(Not required for collaborating consortia members)
(*VAT is relevant to EU customers only)
We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days of receipt of the required complete paperwork, provided reagents are available for dispatch.
