We collaborate with the World Health Organisation to standardise rotavirus vaccine tests and to develop new reagents.  We are currently developing an international reference standard for the monovalent rotavirus vaccine, which will enable testing laboratories worldwide to calibrate and standardise their assays.  We also prepare antibodies for the detection of rotavirus in vaccine assays.
