Our focus is on the safety and mechanisms of action of pharmacologic agents and treatments that regulate or modify the immune response and the pathological role of the immune system.  This includes immunomodulatory drugs, monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, clinical transplantation and transfusion, acquired immune deficiency disease and adverse drug reactions to therapeutics such as TGN1412.
