Once you have found the product you are looking for, click on the product to select it, then simply click the 'Order Online' button on the product page and you will be asked to log into your account. You should be able to do this easily by entering your customer number (in capital letters & numbers) and your email address as your password. If however, you have any problems please contact our support team at standards@nibsc.hpa.org.uk.
Once you have successfully logged in your selected product will be saved on your order form. Your order form can be viewed at any time by clicking 'Your Order'. From the order form you can change the quantities of the product you have selected or delete a product if you change your mind before confirming the order. But you must remember to save any changes you make by clicking the update button.
If you wish to add other products to your order simply click the button 'back to search', and continue to browse in one of the ways described above.
When you've added everything that you wish to your order form click you can go on to confirm your order as explained below.
